CG1-30 semi-automatic flame cutting machine is mainly used for straight line cutting, equipped with circular cutting.
Used mainly in shipbuilding, petroleum, metallurgy, metal, and other factories, suitable for shipbuilding, petroleum, metallurgy, metal structures, and other factories, and suitable for large, medium and small enterprises to cut steel plates.
The carbon steel semi-automatic flame cutting machine is made of high-strength aluminum ingot material and die-casting.
1. CG1-30 semi-automatic cutting machine body is made of high-strength aluminum material and precise die mold;
2. Optional plasma torch for cutting stainless steel and metals without iron content;
3. The speed control system adopts thistristor antenna for speed control;
4. Equipped with plasma arc starting line interface, so it can control the starting of plasma arc;
5. The running speed is 3-4 times more ordinary trolley, which meets the needs of plasma thin plates;
6. The circular flame cutting machine is used mainly for linear cutting, and can be used for circular cutting larger than Φ200mm;
7. Semi-automatic cutting machines use medium pressure oxygen (or propane) and high pressure. The multi-purpose gas cutting machine is mainly used for straight cutting of steel plates with a thickness of more than 5 mm, and can also be used for circular cutting, bevel cutting, and V-line cutting. Generally, the cutting process cannot be carried out after cutting.
