Hand Pallet / Hydraulic Pallet is one of the tools that are widely needed in a job, especially for warehousing work or other heavy equipment. By using this tool, goods can be easily moved and stacked using a hydraulic hand pallet truck. The hydraulic arm of the truck is strong and precise, and the handle is designed very according to the needs of the job, so it can be applied simply. It is mostly used in warehouse environments to carry pallets from one location to another and is made of strong steel to provide a high strength to low weight ratio.
In some jobs, the Hand Pallet serves as a transportation platform, which has a design like a truck body whose main functions are as a lifting height adjustment device, guardrail and wheels. In Figure 1, the mounting base for the lifting mechanism and the locking mechanism are arranged under the car frame or rack. The lifting height adjustment device is composed of sleeve base (rack base), lifting rod, and fixing bolts. The U-shaped part of the lifting rod can limit the position of the lifting mechanism. There are several holes in the center of the bottom of the lifting rod along the vertical direction. Through adjusting the lifting part in the direction of the desired position, making the corresponding holes aligned with the holes on the sleeve base, which is then tightened with fixed bolts, so that the lifting height can be controlled.
In Figure 2, the Hand Pallet rotates, hence the frame of the lifting mechanism, which is connected to the truck body by rotating the axle pin. At the lower end, it is connected with two forks (lifting arms) by bolts, and is ensured to be perpendicular to each other. When not in use, the two forks can be folded to save space. Several rows of holes are arranged under the rotating side of the frame to adjust the starting height of the forks. At the center of the rotating frame, the bottom of the positioning link as well as the fixed plates of the gas spring and speed stabilizer are welded in turn.
